- Accepted AnswerThere is no version of Quicken for Mac with the rental property management features. Also, no version of QMac has invoicing capability.
Your best alternative is to run the Windows version of Quicken in a VM on your Mac. Example - I run QWin on my iMac using Parallels and Win10. It runs very well.

Alternatives To Quicken For Mac Users
- There is no Home & Business version for Mac. There has been a lot of interest in there being one, but the Mac development team has had their hands full building out the core functionality for Quicken Mac as they've been re-building it from scratch over the past five years. Whether there will be a Home & Business edition for Mac in the future is unknown.
If you need those features now, you could run Virtual Machine software (Parallels, Fusion) on your Mac to be able to run Windows, and Quicken Windows, on your Mac.
